| The price for a ready company is PLN 2900 and includes: |

| monitoring the process of updating data in the National Court Register. |
We organise a meeting at a notary's office. We prepare all the necessary forms for the National Court Register (KRS) and documents updating data for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and Tax Office (US). We monitor the progress of approval of changes by the aforementioned bodies. We advise our Client immediately on completion of each stage of the process.
The prices are gross prices. The prices do not include notarial fees and court fees.
